The proposed merger between Thomas Cook and the Co-operative group

The Financial Times and others have reported that Thomas Cook has announced a wide-ranging review into its UK operations in the wake of another profit warning, a move some analysts concluded was an admission by the tour operator that its business model was flawed and may force it to close shops . . .

Thomas Cook has 750 shops and said it would not make any decisions on shop closures until the outcome of a Competition Commission probe, due on Wednesday, into its proposed merger with the Co-Operative Group to create 1,200 retail outlets.

How many Group members support this merger?
